Account data: name, email address, phone number, password (hashed), role (candidate, employer, admin).
Candidate data: resume content, work history, education, skills, location, salary expectations, uploaded documents, AI-generated resumes and cover letters.
Employer data: company name, logo, business contact details, job postings, billing details.
Usage data: pages viewed, jobs applied to, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, cookies and similar identifiers.
Communications: messages sent through the Platform, job alert preferences, support emails.

2. How we use your information

Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
Match candidates with relevant jobs and send job alert emails based on your preferences.
Allow employers to search candidates who have opted in to being searchable.
Generate, store and export resumes and cover letters created with our AI tools.
Process payments and issue invoices for paid features.
Improve the Platform, prevent fraud and ensure security.
Send service announcements and, with your consent, marketing communications.
Comply with applicable laws in the State of Qatar.

3. Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of our contract with you (the Terms of Service), our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Platform, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Sharing your information

We share personal data only as needed to run the service:

With employers when you apply to a job or make your profile searchable.
With service providers who help us host the Platform, send emails, process payments and provide AI features. These providers act on our instructions under contract.
With authorities where required by Qatari law or to protect our rights and users.

We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Our hosting and email providers may process data outside Qatar. We rely on contractual protections with these providers to safeguard your information in transit and at rest.

6. Data retention

We keep account and resume data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records for tax, accounting or legal purposes.
