    Terms of Service

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dohajobs.qa (the "Platform"), operated by dohajobs.qa ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

    1. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to use the Platform. Employers must have authority to represent the company they register.

    2. Accounts

    • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure.
    • You may not share your account, impersonate another person, or create accounts using false information.
    • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law in the State of Qatar.

    3. Candidates

    • You may create and store resumes, cover letters and a profile, apply to jobs, and opt in to be visible to employers.
    • You confirm that all information in your profile and applications is accurate and that you have the right to share any documents you upload.
    • You are responsible for evaluating jobs and employers before accepting any offer. dohajobs.qa does not employ candidates.

    4. Employers

    • Job postings must be for genuine, lawful vacancies in compliance with Qatar Labour Law (Law No. 14 of 2004) and related regulations.
    • Discriminatory listings, MLM and pyramid schemes, requests for upfront payment from candidates, and visa-trading offers are prohibited.
    • Candidate data accessed through the Platform may only be used for recruitment purposes and must be handled in line with applicable privacy laws.
    • Paid features (featured ads, priority placement, subscriptions) are billed per the pricing in effect at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

    5. AI features

    Our AI Resume Builder and related tools generate suggestions to help you create documents. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy before submitting it to employers. We do not guarantee that AI output is free of errors or suitable for every role.

    6. Acceptable use

    You agree not to:

    • Scrape, copy or republish content from the Platform without permission.
    • Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the Platform's operation.
    • Post content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or that infringes any third-party rights.
    • Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited marketing.

    7. Intellectual property

    The Platform, including its design, code, logos and original content, is owned by dohajobs.qa and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and process that content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

    8. Payments and refunds

    Where paid features are offered, prices, billing cycles and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Invoices are issued through the Platform. Disputes regarding billing should be raised within 30 days of the charge.

    9. Disclaimers

    The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific job application will result in employment. To the maximum extent permitted by Qatari law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms.

    10. Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, dohajobs.qa, its owners and employees will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities, arising out of your use of the Platform.

    11. Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify dohajobs.qa against claims arising from your content, your use of the Platform, or your breach of these Terms.

    12. Termination

    You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

    13. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

    14. Changes

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
